With only 2 Guest Rooms, deck chairs on the the rooftop terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea,  the upper floor is all yours to enjoy. And that includes the turret's reading room where you can re-read classics, new & old, or write one yourself...

Villa Monteferrante se trouve à VASTO Marina, Abruzzes. Entourée par bougainvillea et oliviers, la Villa historique, en style Liberty, est classée par le Ministère des Biens Culturels et il est le centre de Summer Literary Seminars, des Laboratoires d'Ecritures avec Francine Prose, Robert Coover, Mary Di Michele et Vittorio Rossi, de Montreal.

L'étage supérieur a 2 chambres à coucher, Mare et Sole, une salle de thé dans la tourelle et une terrasse avec vue sur le jardin et sur une des plus belles baies de la mer Adriatique –et tout cela est réservé exclusivement à nos hôtes. C’est parfait pour une famille ou deux couples voyageant ensemble. Nouvete': il y a une petite cuisine pour qui aime l'independence complete.
